If you have setup your password challenge questions you can go straight to UConnect to reset your password without having to contact ICT.

Refer to the Setup your Password Challenge Questions topic if you need to setup your questions and answers.
Click the UConnect button.
Enter your username and click the Submit button.
A confirmation message will display. If you are on campus you must log off the computer and then log back on with your new password.
Correctly answer the three questions you set as your challenge questions.
Enter a new password and enter it again to confirm.
You now know how to reset your password.
