Change my Exam Centre

On-campus students:

If you have changed your address and are studying on-campus courses, you do not need to change your exam centre. It is University policy that all on-campus students must sit exams at the campus at which they are enrolled (i.e. Toowoomba, Fraser Coast or Springfield).


External and online students:

If you have changed your address and are studying external or web courses, then you need to check that your current Exam Centre is still applicable. There are many exam centres and you are able to allocate an exam centre close to your location and a list of these Examination Centres and codes is available.


Students who do not select an exam centre will have one allocated close to their location by USQ Examinations Department. If you need to change your exam centre, you can do so up to 4 weeks prior to the start of the examination period for Semesters 1 & 2, and 3 weeks prior to the start of the examination period for Semester 3. After this time you will need to contact the Examinations Department at USQ directly.

You can use the Description field to search by city/town name.

Click the Look up Exam Centre button.
Click the SAVE button.
Click the OK button.
Click the Student Centre button.
Click in the Description field.
Click the Look Up button.
Click the link.
