Setup your Password Challenge Questions

Your challenge questions are setup and used in case you forget your  password so you can reset it without having to contact ICT.


In UConnect you are required to set up answers to 3 questions in the systems. The answers must be unique to you. These questions are used as a 'challenge' to your future password reset requests if you ever forget your password. The challenge questions are used to prove your identity before a new password is given.

Enter your current password and click the Submit button.

You must confirm the answers.


Select at least 3 of the listed challenge questions that you will answer.

Enter YOUR answers to the questions you selected. Remember, these will be used as a 'challenge' to your future password reset requests if you ever forget your password.

A confirmation message will display. You have the option of returning to UConnect or changing your password.

Click the Password link.
Click the Submit button.
Click the Select your Questions button.
Click the Submit Answers button.
Click the Confirm Answers button.
Click the Return button.
